Plain English

Sets the label dimensions. V sets the vertical size (height, or feed length) and H sets the horizontal size (width) — both in dots. At 203 DPI, a standard 4"x2" label is about H0812V0406.

When to use

At the start of your label when using non-standard label sizes. If your labels aren't the default 4"x2", you need this.
