BACKFEED (Backfeed Label) — TSPL Command Reference

Feeds the label stock backward by the specified number of dots. Used to retract the label after printing so the tear-off or cutter position is correct.

When to use

When using tear-off or cutter mode and the label needs to be retracted to the correct position.

Syntax

BACKFEED n

Parameters

Parameter	Description
`n`	Number of dots to backfeed

Example

BACKFEED 50

Retract media by 50 dots
