Plain English
Prints 2-digit or 5-digit supplemental barcodes that appear to the right of a UPC or EAN barcode. The 2-digit add-on is used for periodicals (issue number), the 5-digit add-on for books (suggested price).
When to use
Magazines/periodicals (2-digit issue number) and books (5-digit suggested retail price alongside ISBN barcode).
